God is Able

There are some things which are so simple in theory, but a challenge to practically apply. Faith is one of these things. For most Christians, “having faith” is a given, that is until a real life situation challenges that understanding of what “having faith” means.

I don’t believe there is a Christian who doesn’t know Hebrews 11:1 “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. I believe however, that many of us find it difficult to live this out. That’s why we’re discussing what it means to be a Woman of Faith, during this Keys of the Kingdom series of our Couch Conversations.

A woman of faith knows how to use the key of faith to unlock the desires of her heart and live out the abundant promises of God. This woman battles disappointments, hurts and confusion; and she experiences many losses over the course of her life. Nonetheless, she confidently embraces one foundational truth “God is able and everything He does is for my good.”
