Our desire is that the Hummingbird Journeys community will be a sanctuary of healing and empowerment, a place where women gather to embark on a profound and transformative journey of healing and spiritual development. We are committed to curating safe spaces that nurture emotional healing and foster spiritual growth.
Our Story
We exist to empower and embolden every woman who we have the pleasure of meeting, virtually and in person, guiding them to embrace a life deeply rooted in faith and abundant in victory.
Our approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, as we recognise and address the challenges and experiences women face. We firmly believe in the incredible power of a safe community, where we uplift and support one another along this beautiful path of self-discovery.
Through our programs and heartfelt guidance, our aim is to liberate you from the shackles of the past, heal emotional wounds, and rediscover the inherent strength that lies within you. Together, we explore biblical perspectives and prayerfully align our lives accordingly.
Our Purpose
Here at Hummingbird Journeys, our hearts are deeply moved by the many women who have struggled to find the support they need during times of distress. Those who feel trapped in recurring cycles of brokenness, seeking purpose but unable to find it. The women who face their battles in insolation, feeling inadequate and overwhelmed by life’s challenges.
Our purpose is to step in and fill that void, creating sacred spaces where women can find emotional healing, spiritual growth, and the courage to be their best selves. Together, we embark on a journey of intention and impact, embracing life’s challenges with faith-infused strength and resilience.
Our Ethos
We are confident that there is only one God (Isaiah 43:10, 45:5), that we were created for His pleasure, and that we exist to honour Him, first and foremost. Because of this, we remain submitted to His Holy Spirit and seek to be led by Him in all our pursuits. We believe that The Bible is infallible, is inspired by God Himself, and contains everything we need for life (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:3-4). We believe that The Word of God is trustworthy, and is the final and accurate authority on all matters. We maintain Biblical truths as the foundation on which we build (1 Corinthians 3:11), believing that none of us is perfect but that there is salvation and forgiveness given freely through Jesus Christ. We are committed to serving in love and without judgement (1 Corinthians 13:1, 16:14), by God’s grace, desiring to see women become emotionally and spiritually whole (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
About The Brand
Hummingbird Journeys was birthed from a desire to see women heal, discover their true self, and be restored to fulfill their God-ordained purpose.
The hummingbird itself is a fascinating contradiction. Small enough to be overlooked, but luminous enough to demand that it be seen. Without a doubt, this small powerhouse is one of God’s symbols of adaptability, resilience, and living intentionally.
Much like the hummingbird, a woman’s spirit is intrinsically adaptable and resilient. She is a powerhouse in her own right, but also delicate. When properly nurtured, in the right space, the spirit of the woman is able to overcome the most difficult challenges. Stirring her, in turn, to make an indelible mark wherever she is present.
